2. Prohibited Items and Services: Bandylist Classified Canada prohibits the sale of certain items and services that are considered illegal or unethical. These items include but are not limited to weapons, drugs, prohibited items, counterfeit goods, and stolen property.

3. Duplicate Ads: Posting duplicate ads in multiple categories is not allowed on Bandylist Classified Canada. Each ad must be unique and posted in the most appropriate category.

4. Multiple Email Addresses: Posting ads using multiple different email addresses is prohibited. Users are required to use one email address to post ads.

5. No Spamming: Posting an ad that serves no other purpose other than to send traffic to a website is not allowed on Bandylist Classified Canada. Users are advised to refrain from spamming the site with irrelevant or unrelated ads.

6. Jobs Code of Conduct: Posting an ad that violates Bandylist’s Jobs Code of Conduct is prohibited. Users must ensure that job postings are free from discrimination, harassment, and other unethical practices.

7. Keyword Stuffing: Posting an ad containing a list of keywords not directly related to the item being sold is not allowed. Users are advised to use relevant keywords in their ads to increase visibility without being deceptive.

8. Language: Posting an ad in languages other than English and French is prohibited. Ads must be posted in either of the official languages of Canada.

9. Adult Content: Posting an ad that contains adult, mature, or erotic content is strictly prohibited. Personals are not allowed on Bandylist Classified Canada.

10. Defamation and Hate Speech: Posting an ad that defames anyone or contains “hate speech” is forbidden on Bandylist Classified Canada. Users should refrain from using derogatory language or making false statements about individuals or groups.

11. Notices and Discussions: Posting opinions, notices, and discussion topics which should instead be posted on social media sites is not allowed. Users are encouraged to use appropriate platforms for such discussions.

12. Misleading Information: Posting an ad in an incorrect or misleading category or with misleading information is prohibited. Users should ensure that their ads are clear, concise, and posted in the most appropriate category.

13. Pet Posting Policies: Posting an ad that violates Bandylist’s Pet Posting Policies is forbidden. Users must ensure that their pet ads comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

14. Equality in Housing Policy: Posting an ad that violates Bandylist’s Equality in Housing policy is prohibited. Users must ensure that their housing ads comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

15. Business, Dealer or Professional: Posting as a Private Seller, Owner, or Individual when you are a Business, Dealer or Professional is prohibited. Users must accurately represent their business or professional status.

16. Exploitative Ads: Posting an ad that is intended to profit off a natural disaster, health or public safety concern, or tragic event is strictly prohibited.

Bandylist Classified Canada reserves the right to remove any ads that violate our policies. Users who repeatedly violate our policies may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
